T
his year's Annual Defence Forces Sprint Triathlon Championships took place on the 31st July
2019 at Jonathon Swift Park, Lilliput, Mullingar. As ever this event served both experienced
and novice athletes from across both the Defence Forces and the Emergency Services in a
competitive and friendly environment, in the picturesque surroundings of Lough Ennell on a sum-
mer's day where the Irish weather duly co-operated.
