o Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of
Effectiveness (MOEs).
o The requirement for Cultural Audits.
o Appropriate reporting, measurement and oversight
mechanisms.
3. Liaise with relevant stakeholders and agencies
as necessary, including, but not limited to, DOD, the
Representative Associations and relevant external
organisations.
4. Establish a reporting mechanism to the Deputy
Chiefs of Staff, who will exercise ongoing oversight on
behalf of the General Staff.
5. Make any recommendations deemed necessary
to further the process of positive cultural change,
including proposals concerning the expansion of these
TORs.
The OCSC convened on the 2nd December and
will meet monthly. Updates on the progress of the
committee can be found on the Member's Area.

Resource Summary of Personnel (Total) since 19th of
March 2020
• DF testing operations ceased on the 4th of March
2022.
• At time of publishing DF logs Support to Centralised
Vaccination Clinics continued supporting 10 clinics
across five (5) CHOs, seven (7) days per week.
• Contact tracing operations ceased on 19th of
February 2022.
