ello and welcome to our sixth and final edition of 2024, as this year draws to a close we want to give a special thanks to everyone
who submitted articles and images to the magazine throughout the year. We want to wish all our readers and families a happy
Christmas and a happy new year. In this edition we have a year in review from the various branches within the DF. We have
Christmas and New Year's messages from Uachtarán na hÉireann, The Chief of Staff, An Tánaiste, Secretary General DOD and Head
Chaplain, addressed to the soldiers, sailors, airmen & women of the Defence Forces. Followed by a roll of honour for serving members
that have sadly passed in service in the last 12 months. We hope you enjoy this edition of An Cosantóir and enjoy the Christmas period.
