Employee Assistance professional?
The Diploma in Employee Assistance and Social Support provides
support staff with the professional competence to respond to
personal concerns relating to well-being at work.
This programme has particular relevance to public sector bodies
such as the Defence Forces.
The part-time programme is delivered through a combination of
face-to-face workshops
and online activities. The blended learning
approach allows students to combine work and study.
Students who successfully complete the programme may progress
to Year 3 of the BA in Training and Education.
