CPO Owen O'Keeffe who has served in Lebanon, welcomes Mr Nabil Fawaz, Lord Mayor of Tibnin, South Lebanon, to the Naval Base during his visit to Cobh to commemorate the 100th year anniversary of the Titanic. There were 157 Lebanese passengers on board, 29 of which survived and 6 of them from the Village of Tib- nin.
