Cpl Doran has 42 years of service, all of which was spent in the Cavalry Corps since joining the Defence Forces in October 1973. During his service, Cpl Doran completed 18 tours of duty overseas: 16 to Lebanon, 1 to Liberia and 1 to Eritrea and Ethiopia. He is pictured here with his son Cpl Chris Doran.
