A Wreath-Laying Ceremony took place in Cork's Grand Parade to
commemorate the first shots of the Easter Rising. After a reading of the
proclamation, speeches were made by the Lord Mayor of Cork City and
the Mayor of Co Cork. The ceremony concluded with a flypast by four Air
