The patient subsequently made a full recovery. Photo: Cathal Rogers, ONE aRduous seRPent Defence Forces Medics from the Central Medical Unit took part in the British Army Arduous Serpent Competition from 28th June to 2nd July 2017, which took place in the Strensall Training Area, UK. Defence Forces Medics reached the final run off for first place, which involved four teams from the British Army and one team from the Canadian Army. A total of 22 teams took part with the Canadian Army taking first place.
