PSS Christmas message
C
hristmas is a wonderful time of year but with all the activities and obligations, it's easy to
feel overwhelmed, stressed and gloomy. Here are a few simple steps to let go and really
enjoy the holiday.
Remember you are appreciated and cherished by so many people.
Be honest with yourself and don't hide your feelings.
Get plenty of sleep and a few extra minutes to rest.
Make an effort to live in the present moment.
Do all the things for yourself you wish others would do for you!
